Apartment complex Villa ‘LL’ that belongs to the family Batakovic is located in beautiful bay of Vrsi-Zukve, Jurja Batakovica 24. It is a unit that consists of 7 separate apartments: ORANGE APARTMENT, RED APARTMENT, BLUE APARTMENT, GREEN APARTMENT, YELLOW APARTMENT, PINK APARTMENT and BROWN APARTMENT.

Each apartment consists of 1-2-3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen (which contains coffee maker, gas or electric kettle, fridge) balcony- terrace, safe and private parking. In the backyard there is room for about 40 places and it also contains grill. Also, all guests can use bicycles for free during their stay. Most apartments have sea views and are only 400 meters away from the beach. The complex is only 4 km away from the famous, 10 000 year old town of Nin.

The bay has a beautiful pebble beach which stretches for several kilometers and where you can find a variety of amenities such as a café, pizzeria, snack bar, ice lounge or supermarket. With the help of the owner, you have the opportunity to visit some of the nature parks in Croatia, such as Plitvice Lakes (one of the oldest and largest national parks in Croatia, with 90 waterfalls and 16 turquoise colored lakes), Krka, Kornati, Paklenica and many others. Only 70 km away is the so-called ‘Ibiza of Croatia’, Zrce (Novalja, Pag). At Zrce Beach next to Papaya’s most famous club, there are several outdoor clubs offering unforgettable fun for all young people. The owner of the complex is at your service 24 hours a day, both in terms of accommodation units and recommendation for the best restaurants and national parks.
